To secure your contract with Skeleton Labs, you will be sent two invoices: one upfront for half of the quoted estimate, and a second following conclusion of the original estimated work. This helps protect our time and investment into your project, and allows flexibility if your goalposts need to shift during the process. This keeps things fast, fluid, and productive for you.

Communication is our top priority. Expect daily communication through whatever means works best for you (email, chat, etc), including regular progress updates throughout the process. Our goal is to keep you informed from start to finish.

This depends on a number of factors, including current client workload. Currently our max capacity will be about 5-10 hours/week. But let us know if your project may potentially require more.
